27 Families in an hour and a half.....

Friday November 16th was National Adoption Day and I was asked to photograph some of the families completing their adoption process on this special day. What a whirlwind of activity and emotions! A collaborative event organized by the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, MARE (Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange) and the Juvenile Court Dept. & Probate and Family Court Dept. of the MA Trial Court, courthouses throughout MA were the scene of over 400 adoptions in one day.

I was pleased to offer this family portrait service to 27 families at the Brockton Trial courthouse. Here a few of the happy groups.
Thanks to my great assistants Ann and Catherine who kept me organized!

Chilly Session!

These girls were such great sports as we braved the chilly weather at the park for this senior portrait session.

Holiday Deadlines

Well, the holidays are creeping up on us! All print and card orders need to be placed by November 20th for guaranteed delivery for Hannukah and Christmas. The office will be closed from Sunday, Decemebr 16th- Wednesday, January 2nd.

To see samples of holiday cards offered this year, www.cathleenbroderick.com/holiday

If you require custom framing, I suggest November 10th to make sure it is back in your hands with plenty of time. Its no surprise my lab and framer are very busy this time of year and orders will take longer than usual.

BR High School Seniors-your yearbook photo needs to be turned in by the middle of December so if you have not placed that order with me, get crackin!

As usual, if you have any questions, give a call! 508-279-3298

Glorious Fall

Aside from some much needed rain on friday, we had a beautiful fall weekend with peak color, and Red Sox Champions! Doesnt get any better. Heres a few...

Handsome Boys

Just had to share a couple from yesterday's session at World's End. We had an unusaully warm fall day to explore a bit of this amazing park in Hingham, a great spot for fall sessions. I plan to take my own kids there for a snow pictures-I imagine it will be fabulous. Check out these twin boys-what cuties!

Three, three and under!

I have been fortunate enough to photograph this great family several times now. They came to me when pregant with their second beautiful daughter, and since then we have met again for three sessions, including maternity for their now 6 month adorable baby boy. I love the look on Mom's face-the craziness of life with three little ones! Lucky Dad was off to the Sox game after this session! Here's a quick sneak peak for them.

Windy Day

New England weather sure can be unpredictable. This senior's session day was off and on rain, but we decided to give it a shot. The wind picked up during her session but I think it made for some fun images!

Go Sox!

I am lucky enough to have this family return to me yet again for images this fall. These great kids are always so easy to work withand I love that they brought their favorite team shirts to get in the spirit of the weekend.

These cute sisters enjoyed playing in the fall leaves this weekend. Look at the curls! And the joy on the older ones face.

Little Miss...

Arent these two girlfriends so cute? She loves her doggie. And another beautiful soon-to-be-graduate.
