I had a great time this morning photographing these beautiful twin sisters, their Mom and Auntie. Mom was referred to me from Keeping Pace with Multiple Miracles in West Bridgewater (194 South Main Street West Bridgewater 508-559-0040). Keeping Pace with Multiple Miracles offers breastfeeding support for multiples and singletons. Weekly support groups available as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor to assist you with breastfeeding. They will gladly visit you in your home or in their offices. Another local gem!

Can you believe this lovely lady is carrying two babies in there? I cant! So looking forward to meeting them in a few weeks. Here is a little sneak preview for this very nice family.
Oh baby!
This little guy was wide awake for our entire session-he didnt want to miss a thing! Such a little cutie with big intense eyes. Mom and Dad own the wonderful Better Bean Coffee Company in Bridgewater Center so using their prop was a must. (The Better Bean is a great place for lunch.) Thanks for sharing him with me!
Great Day!
Spent a great day with other photographers shooting in beautiful Carlisle, MA. I love doing this-its a great way to learn and amazing to see how we all approach a subject differently.We were lucky to be able to shoot in a beautiful barn...if you have access to one, let me know. Its a great place to create portraits. Here's a few of my take aways.
Back to Business...
I am back in the office now after a few days off for our yearly Professional Photographers of MA Convention. I received three Red Ribbons in Print Competition and was sworn in as the new Vice President of Finance for 2009-2010. It's gearing up to be an exciting year! It's important as a photographer to continue my education so I can always offer my clients my very best, and networking with other professionals helps us all to grow and learn. If I don't offer the service you are looking for, such as wedding photography, be assured I can refer you to another excellent photographer to meet your needs. Now, off to answer phone calls and emails.... ;-)
Brotherly Love
Just wanted to share a few from yesterdays twin session. These little guys were awesome to work with, its been a while since babies this little came to visit. I love how different they are, and so comfortable when cuddled up together. Thanks Mom and Grand-Mom for sharing them with me!

The last time I saw this little beauty she was just a few days old, now she is all full of energy and wonder! What a beautiful pink dress her doting Grandmother made her, and what a beautiful family heirloom Christening gown.

End of the Season..
Well, we're winding down. It has been a fabulous year here at Cathleen Broderick Photography and I thank all the wonderful families, children and high school seniors that have been in front of my camera over the past year. If you are waiting for your order, I should be contacting you by the end of the week for pick up. Still working on holiday shopping? Baby Chub
I love when babies come to visit! Lil Miss C was back today and brought with her the most adorable fake sneeze! Aaahhhchooo! Such a smart little cookie this one is, already. This is such a great time to capture all those great "baby rolls" that disappear when they start walking...... and running!
National Adoption Day
This is the second year I have been honored to be a part of National Adoption Day which locally is organized in part by Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange and the state Department of Children and Families. I photographed 23 families last friday after they finalized their adoptions at the Brockton Trial Courthouse. It was wonderful to see these families and their children so happy! Here's just a couple....
Last Seniors for Now..
These two pretty girls are my last seniors of the fall. It has been a great season and I thank you guys so much-I really enjoyed working with you all.

Thanks to the windy weekend, we did not have any foliage left to speak of, but we made it work!

As Senior Portrait season winds down, I hung out with this really nice guy. We had such a relaxing session. So easy to work with-I think he has a little Brad Pitt thing going on! Thanks for your patience... ;-)

One of these adorable twin boys was "unavailable" for our session last weekend ;-) .... so we got together again for what was probably the last warm weekend of the fall.
Cant' you just feel the twin-ness love between these two? They loved to giggle and they made me giggle, too. Thanks N and T for helping me look for Donald Duck!
A Dog and Her Boy
These two made quite a pair and matched our beautiful fall surroundings perfectly. I love the subtle colors of the trees and the beach grass here at World's End in Hingham, one of my favorite places to photograph. I will see you again soon, T!
